Your OpenProject Version: 8.3.0
Operating System / Browser / Language: Chrome, German
**Logs**
**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Projekt A (public)
2. Projekt B (non Public)
3. WP y in Projekt A
4. WP z in Projekt B
5. A User X is Member in Projekt B and not in Projekt A
6. User X want to set in WP z the WP y as child wp from projekt a
Role: Non-Member has no permission "Manage subtasks"
**Actual Behavior**
**Expected Behavior**
No internal error and there should be a message that permission "Manage subtasks" is missing.
"Manage subtasks" should be namend "Manage parent/subtasks"
From the view of Projekt A where the user is a non-meber, the user manages the parent.
