**Current behavior**
When sending an email to modify a work package via incoming emails, currently a specific format in the subject is required:
A dash is required before the id and a colon after the ID, like this: \`foo - bar #42: baz\`
This is confusing and appears unnecessary given that users who send emails to OpenProject certainly want an update to be performed.
**Desired behavior**
The ID should be sufficient to match the work package, so users should be able to update work packages just by providing the ID, e.g. \`\[#42\]\`
