Feature OP-5620: Free boards: remove delete icon within a card for Permission: Show board views only

Only for Free boards: As a **Reader** (only with the Permission: Show board view and NOT Manage board
the possibilty to delete a card within a list should **not be shown**
so that I will not be confused.
At the moment, the delete icon is shown, I can remove the card, and then I get an error message:
