For a better user experience, we should add consistent tooltips to the menu items within boards:
1. Go back to Boards list view
2. Add new or existing card
3. Delete entire list within this board
4. Add a new list to this board
5. Full-screen mode
6. More
When hovering over a card: Drag and drop or double click for details view
