In some cases, the query props on the WP page are being double encoded, which result in errors when re-visiting this URL (F5 or copying the URL in a new tab for example)
Steps to reproduce on current dev:
1. Go to WP list
2. Remove column, observe that `query_props` exist in encoded state.
3. Move to split screen
