### Context
* Right now we have an onboarding tour giving new users a rough overview introduction.
* This should be further extended with little _Did you know_ -blocks on separate parts of the application
* **Important: If you can improve the UX in a way that you do not need taking a tour, go that route.**
### Requirements
* The mini tours shall consist only of one or two steps showing the most important part.
* The mini tour should should only be shown when the specific page is visited for the first time.
* There should be a _do not show me my any more hints_ possibility. This avoids hints on all other pages, too
* The details can then be seen in the child WPs.
