### Description
Work package's of type 'Milestone' cannot have children. Therefore the two buttons to add new or existing children are not displayed. But the inline creation of a child element is still available (even though it throws an error message when trying to create a new child), which should be hidden as well as the other two buttons.
### Steps to reproduce
* Go to work packages page
* Open the details view or the fullscreen view of a work package of type 'Milestone'
* Go to relations tab
* Try to inline-create a new child
### Actual behavior
* Plus button can be clicked or child can be directly edited inline
* When trying to save the new child, an error message will occur
### Expected behavior
* The plus icon and inline edit are disabled or hidden
* Maybe there should be a hint, that Milestones are not allowed to have children
