After I created a category, the link for creating any new category appears, when editing an issue.
If I follow this link, I can select a name for my new category, save, but nothing happens. Neither I can select this category for my issue, nor the category is created (project settings -\> issue categories)
Probably this ‘feature’ should be deleted.
