Updated by Naglis Jonaitis over 6 years ago

I have tested it from a `openproject/community:7.4.7` Docker container.

## Steps to reproduce

1. As an administrator, create a project, eg. *Test Project*.
2. Archive it.
3. Go to *Administration -\> Webhooks*, click the “+ Webhook” button to add a new webhook.

## Actual behavior

1. The archived project *Test Project* is listed among projects for which to enable webhook events.

## Expected behavior

1. Because a user cannot interact with archived projects (eg. create/edit work packages), I would expect archived projects not to be listed among projects for which to enable webhook events.
