**Preconditions**
- Wiki module activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Edit wiki page.
2. Upload attachments.
3. Without saving, add image to description.
**Actual behavior**
- Uploaded attachments are removed. Newly added image is added.
**Expected behavior**
- Newly added image is added but uploaded attachments are not removed.
