**Preconditions**
- News activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open create news form.
2. Enter title and summary. Leave description blank.
3. Click Create.
4. Provide description.
5. Click Create.
**Actual behavior**
- Error message “Description can’t be blank” shown even though description is provided.
- This error seems to only occur if initially both the title and summary have been set.
**Expected behavior**
- Can create news after providing description.
