**Reproduction**
1. make sure that you are not allowed to set the status “confirmed” on a User Story (Workflow settings)
2. Create a new User Story with the status “new”
3. via API: Set the status to “confirmed”
**Expected behavior**
- The status is not set
- an error (HTTP Status) is returned
**Actual behavior**
- The status is set to “confirmed”
