**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Administration \> System settings \> “General” tab.
2. Scroll down to Welcome block text.
**Actual behavior**
- Option “Display welcome block on project overview” shown which has no (longer a) purpose.
- This option used to show the content of the welcome block text on the “View all projects” page.
**Expected behavior**
- We should either remove this option or (if it is necessary / required by a customer) it should be displayed on the new “View all projects” page.
- If it is to be shown it should be renamed to “Display welcome block on view all projects page” (or similar) to avoid confusion.
