**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open create custom action form.
2. Click inside of condition or action.
**Actual behavior**
- Nothing happens.
- Only when starting typing values are shown. - When deleting entries after adding them, list of all values is shown.
**Expected behavior**
- All values are shown when clicking inside so that users are not confused to why “nothing is happening”.
