**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Work packages with parent child relationship exist.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Select all work packages.
2. Bulk-copy selected work packages.
**Actual behavior**
- Child work packages are copied twice and added to the existing parents.
**Expected behavior**
- Parents with children only copied once (Number of work packages should double).
