**Preconditions**
- Wiki module activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to wiki module and go to default “Wiki” page.
2. Rename “Wiki” page to other name.
3. Try to rename page back to “Wiki”.
**Actual behavior**
- Error message even though no other “Wiki” page exists.
- It is possible to rename other wiki pages to “Wiki” but not the default one once it has been changed.
**Expected behavior**
- Wiki page can be named back to “Wiki”.
