**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- Default form configuration for type has been changed.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to form configuration of type.
2. Click “Reset to default” and confirm.
**Actual behavior**
- Default configuration not shown.
- Custom fields etc. are still shown in form configuration / on work package type.
**Expected behavior**
- Form configuration set to default.
