**Description:**
Work package modification works slow for regular user while for Administrator is much faster
**Preconditions:**
Fresh install on CentOS 7 + 10.2.13-MariaDB.
There is integration with Active Directory which is working well.
**Steps to reproduce**
1\. create a new project
2\. assign new member a regular user as project admin.
3\. create with regular user new work package
4\. modify created work package
**Actual behavior**
The modification is slow, while after assigning Administrator right to the user, it’s fast.
During modification with regular user the CPU (one core) of the server is 100% loaded by mysqld process
No errors on logs.
**Expected behavior**
The modification should be fast as in the case when user is Administrator.
