**Preconditions**
- Activated e.g. work package tracking
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Admin<s><span style="text-align:right;">Settings</span></s>\>Emails
2. Activate/deactivate BCC.
3. Receive a mail, e.g. update a work package.
**Actual behavior**
- The mail is always sent without BCC.
**Expected behavior**
- The mail should be sent with BCC when this option is selected.
