**Preconditions**
- Custom action defined which sets required custom field (User).
- Valid value set for required custom field (user who is actually in project and can be selected).
- Work package module activated.
- All other actions set to valid value.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open work package and click on custom action button.
**Actual behavior**
- Error message “<CF user> can’t be blank” shown.
- Values not set for work package.
**Expected behavior**
- Values set for work package.
