**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- At least one custom action has been defined in administration.
- Work package module activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Administration \> Custom actions.
2. Select custom action.
**Actual behavior**
- Briefly all / wrong actions are shown (confusing).
**Expected behavior**
- Right actions shown right away (or if not technically possible: No actions shown until correct actions loaded).
