**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- Work package module activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Administration \> Custom actions.
2. Create custom action and select one project where custom actions should be active.
3. Open custom action configuration again and unselect project (so that no project is selected / custom action is deactivated).
4. Save and go to project where custom actions used to be active.
**Actual behavior**
- Custom action button still shown for activated type, role etc.
**Expected behavior**
- Custom action button no longer shown.
