**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- Use Edge browser.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to “Administration” \> “Custom actions”.
2. Open create / update form for custom action.
3. Scroll down to “Please select” dropdown (in “Actions”).
**Actual behavior**
- Arrow is missing.
**Expected behavior**
- Arrow is shown.
