**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- User has been added to project and was then locked.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open watcher tab of work package and select locked watcher.
**Actual behavior**
- Error message that user is invalid.
**Expected behavior**
- Locked users are not shown in watcher menu / cannot be selected.
