**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open work package create form (split screen or fullscreen).
2. Add attachment.
**Actual behavior**
- “Add by \[missing {author} value\] \[missing{age} value\]” shown.
**Expected behavior**
- Correct author name and age shown.
- If not available, don’t show author & age information at all.
