**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Parent work package (e.g. phase) with children exists.
- Children start at different points in time.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Create follows relationship from other work package to parent.
**Actual behavior**
- Children are re-scheduled and all set to start date of parent.
**Expected behavior**
- Children’s dates stay the same (as used to be in 7.3.2).
