**Preconditions**
- User has permission to create subprojects, copy projects in at least one project.
- User is not an admin.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to “View all projects” list.
2. Try to create subproject / copy project.
**Actual behavior**
- Context menu to create subproject / copy project not shown.
**Expected behavior**
- Context menu shown.
