In testing the community edition of OpenProject with a fresh install of Centos 7 minimal, OpenProject installs successfully via the Installation Package (v7.3.1). Once the install is complete, configure run, and the admin password changed the new site is missing all CSS formatting. The top bar and menu bar on the left is correct but all content is listed in its unformatted HTML.
