When creating a new Work package item in “expanded mode”, the settings button shows but doesn’t do anything.

Steps to reproduce:
1\. From the Work packages view, create a new item (e.g. Task, Bug, etc.).
2\. In the right-hand pane, click the icon with two arrows that expands the details view.
3\. Click the three dots icon for settings (see attached screenshot).
4\. Note that pushing this button has no effect. Begin of the insertion
