**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Time tracking module activated.
- Cost report module **deactivated**.
- Time is logged on work package.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to spent time and look at cost reports.
2. Click on pen icon to edit a time entry.
**Actual behavior**
- Nothing happens.
- Workaround: Activate cost report module.
**Expected behavior**
- Time can be edited.
