**Preconditions to reproduce the bug**
1\. Having min. 2 projects
2\. Having budgets in the 2 projects, one with id \#2
**Steps to reproduce:**
1\. Change language to French
2\. Go to page Work packages
3\. Click on button Filter
4\. Add filter on Budget
5\. Select Is
**Actual Behavior**
The list of budgets displayed in the select menu is the list of project with id \#2, for all projects
In English, the list is correct
**Expected Behavior**
In each project, the list displayed should contain the budgets of the correct project, not only in English but also in French
