**Preconditions**
- User is not a system admin.
- User has a role which has the right to “Edit “Add notes”.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to a work package with comments from a different user.
2. Scroll down to comments.
3. (It is not possible to edit the comment from a different user)
**Actual behavior**
- The permission to edit (all) notes does not work.
**Expected behavior**
- When the permission to edit (all) notes is given, it should be possible to edit other users’ comments.
