**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- Cloud Edition (e.g. qa.openproject-edge.com) is used.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to “Administration” \> “Billing”.
2. Click on sub-entry “Billing information”.
**Actual behavior**
- Footer jumps up and is no longer at the bottom of the page.
**Expected behavior**
- Footer stays at the bottom of the page.
