**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- Multiple roles exist.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to “Administration” \> “Roles and permissions”.
2. Click link “Permissions report”.
3. Reduce screen width.
4. Try to edit permissions for roles on the right.
**Actual behavior**
- Missing scrollbar: Cannot get to roles on the right.
**Expected behavior**
- Can scroll to the right.
