**Preconditions**
- All modules activated.
- No news entry exists.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to page on which content is shorter than side navigation (e.g. news).
**Actual behavior**
- Side navigation is cut off and has height of content container - even though there is enough space below.
- In Gif, note that footer is shown far below.
**Expected behavior**
- Side navigation not cut off.
