- Datepicker and timeline display different calendar weeks for the same day

- Both should relate the same date to the same calendar week

- The There account language is set to english
**Steps Steps to reproduce** reproduce
1. Make your the account language is set to english
2. Make sure Timelines is enabled for the current project
3. Open Timelines
4. Click on any Work package with a start and end date
5. Click Update
6. Click either into the Start Date or Due Date field (the Datepicker will appear)
7. Compare the calendar week displayed in the Datepicker with the calendarweek in the Timeline (they are off by 1)
