**Preconditions**
- Many modules activated (side menu contains many entries).
- Modules with little content exist (e.g. News module, Documents module, Backlogs module without / with little content).
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to one of those pages.
2. Reduce browser window height so that it is smaller than the side menu.
3. Scroll down.
**Actual behavior**
- Footer stays at original position and does not get re-drawn on scrolling.
**Expected behavior**
- Footer always at bottom.
