**Reproduction**
- Have a work package without start/due date
- Hover over the timeline row belonging to the work package and move to the right (later date).
OR
- Click to define the start/due date and move to the right
**Actual**
- When hovering (without click) -\> gray highlighting area disappears at some later date, mouse click does not have effect
- When dragging -\> bar being drawn disappears at some later date
**Expected**
- The whole of the row is available for clicking/dragging
- Have a work package without start/due date
