**Reproduction**
- Go to work package show page relations tab
- Add relation to other work package
- enter e.g. the name or the subject of the work package already added to have a relation with
**Actual**
- Work package is listed
*please see url to notice the id of the already added work package being listed as a candidate*
**Expected**
- Work package should not be listed as it is invalid to have two relationships between any two work packages
- Go to work package show page relations tab
- Add relation to other work package
