**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- Required Boolean custom field for work package exists.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Create a new work package of a type which requires the Boolean CF to be set.
2. Try to create the work package without checking the checkbox for the required CF.
**Actual behavior**
- Error message that Boolean CF cannot be blank. - Therefore only work packages with a set Boolean CF can be created.
**Expected behavior**
- Required Boolean CF can be created without being set.
- Ideally there should be third state (not set) which would need to be set to either true or false.
