**Steps to reproduce:**
1. System Settings \> Authentification
1. Authentification required: true
2. Self-Registration: disabled
3. Use e-mail as login: false
2. Add new user
1. New User received e-mail with link for registration (for example: `https://**********/account/activate?token=ee1add065533d6ee728c85c708c24182947406bb`)
2. User clicks the link =\> <ins>**Error message:**</ins> `User registration is disabled on this system. Please ask an administrator to create an account for you.`
**Requirements:**
- No registration on login screen
**Solutions:**
1. Don’t send registration mail to user
2. Enable registration with e-mail token link
