Feature OP-3448: Trigger and indicate hierarchy modus in subject column

We have two modes:

- Flate mode
- Hierarchy mode

Similar to Thunderbird there should be an icon that allows to switch between both modes.

The icon can have two states for the hierachy mode.

- Enabled
- Disabled
