**Preconditions**
- User is project admin.
- Version exists.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to project \> “Project settings” \> tab “Version”.
2. Create a version with the same name as another version in that project.
**Actual behavior**
- Internal error shown when creating version with same name.
**Expected behavior**
- Error message / validation shown when trying to create version.
- The validation works when editing an existing version and assigning it a version name that is already in use.
