**Preconditions**
- User is admin.
- OpenProject plugins (configurable) are installed.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Administration \> Plugins.
2. Click “Configure” link next to a configurable plugin (e.g. Backlogs, Costs).
**Actual behavior**
- Side menu entry “System settings” are highlighted even though this is a plugin-related configuration.
**Expected behavior**
- Side menu entry “Plugins” is highlighted.
