Hi there,
I recently tried the notifaction function. Now, I am a little confused about the notification options. Assuming, that a bug ist the reason for that, let me try to explain my expectation and actual behavior for the important option “Only for things I watch or I’m involved in”:
**Preconditions**
Email notification is activated an configured properly.
“Send a test email” works fine.
“Only for things I watch or I’m involved in” is chosen (“My account” \> “Email notifications”)
A change has been made.
**As An OpenProject User**
I expect to receive a message, if I am either “author”, “assignee”, “responsible” or “watcher”.
**Actual behavior**
I just receive a meassge as an “author” or “watcher”.
