**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
- User has not the permission to see watchers (e.g. is logged out on a publicly accessible instance).
**Steps to reproduce**
1. User follows deep-link on watcher tab of a work package.
**Actual behavior**
- Cryptic error message shown on work package.
**Expected behavior**
- Error message that shows user he has insufficient permissions.
