If I set the objects per page setting in global settings, then log in as a standard user, the objects per page selection updates, but the actual objects on the page still reflects the old value.
For example, default objects per page is 5, 10, 20, 50, 100. If I remove the 5, then the list is 10, 20, 50, 100.
As an admin user, the objects per page seems to be obeyed. Log in as standard user, and the list shows the 4 options, but when 10 is selected, only 5 items are shown. When 20 is selected, only 10 items are shown, etc.
I have attached a screenshot. Notice it says 1-7/7 packages shown, but only 5 are on the screen. No way to see the remaining 2.
