**Preconditions**
- Work package module activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Log into community.openproject.com.
2. Open existing work package.
3. Open watcher tab.
4. Try to filter / select a watcher.
**Actual behavior**
- Time out since too many possible watchers.
**Expected behavior**
- Intelligent loading of watchers (e.g. only those loaded who partially match string entered in select-field) in order to add watchers.
