**Possibility to add comments to relations**
- When hovering over the row there is an info icon.
- Clicking the info icon opens a text area.
- The text can be saved using the save and cancel buttons (like in the description field).
- Relations that have a comment are highlighted by the info icon. If the relation does not have a comment the icon only appears when hovering over the row.
- The info icon has two states (pressed, unpressed) like the filter button in the members tab.
