When I edit an existing meeting without changing anything
An update of the time of the meeting is generated
Analysis:
The initial journal does not contain the same start time
as the current value of the meeting, so a change is recorded.
Proposed solution:
1. For future migrations, run the timestamps migration first.
2. Manually fix the journal timestamps in all affected journal columns.
